· NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

o   Assists in development of new products, packaging and labels, brand plan, launch and execution of plan.

o   Creates price structure for new products.

o   Coordinates closely with all other functions, principal companies (if any), and third-party agencies to ensure smooth execution of plans.

o   Closely monitors sales performance and prepares proposals to help push sales.

· ONLINE STORE DEVELOPMENT

o   Develops new channels such as Lazada, Shoppee, Grab Mart, Pick-a-roo, Food Panda, and others, and penetrate online hubs and market places and link to our online store

§  Establishes new processes related to the new channels (when needed) and turnover to Direct Sales and Sales Admin.  Ensure that concerns are addressed timely to be able to serve customers timely.  Works with third-party consultant/agency (if any).

§  Coordinates and lead organization to be able to serve these new channels smoothly.

§  Monitors progress, ensures high visibility, trial, repeat orders, analyzes sales data and makes sure that targets are achieved.

· DIGITAL MARKETING

o   Prepares plan for posting in Social Media accounts.  Ensures that all products are promoted and the items that need more exposure are highlighted.

o   Manage social media accounts and coordinate closely with Direct Sales Associate and third-party consultant (if any) regarding orders and inquiries

o   Prepares photos, videos and artworks and edits them for posting in social media accounts, online store channels and in Shopify store

o   Prepares digital media plan and executes the plan

o   Analyzes efficiency and results of digital marketing spending and other efforts

o   Checks on tools on how to analyze social media footprint and impact

o   Relaunch/Face lift of websites and establish appropriate links/networks, and manage website and online store content and updates.

o   Assist in Shopify back-end work

· RETAIL AND INSTITUTIONAL CHANNELS

o   Prepares brand plan for key products and executes the plan. Conduct post evaluation of initiatives.

o   Plans below-the-line POP materials for all channels and coordinates execution across channels.  Ensures consistency in messaging across offline and online channels based on brand identity.

o   Assists sales requirements for POS materials and ensures that these are developed and produced timely.

· BRAND MANAGEMENT

o   Derive insights, develop brand identity and branded house for assigned brand/s.

o   Create brand plan, including the 4P's and execute plans.

o   Reviews price structure and update when needed.

o   Conduct post evaluation analyses.

Monitor sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.

· PROMOTIONS

o   Comes up with promotions as needed (ADHOC).

o   Plans for year-round promotions for key products.

o   Analyzes effectivity of promotions and conducts post evaluation analyses.

· DATA ANALYSES

o   Analyzes sales data per product, per channel, per customer, provides intelligent derivations from sales data, in coordination with business analyst and ensures that learnings are applied timely.

o   Analyzes price structures and margins to ensure profitability.
