Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent in leadership, coordination, and management
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies, hiring trends, and recruitment platforms
- Familiar with industry standards and labor market trends
- Experienced in handling executive-level meetings, including with the CEO
- Highly organized, proactive, and strong in follow-ups and documentation
