About the role

Be responsible for the sales results and live broadcast effect of Huawei Tiktok Shop.

Campaign/Partnership Strategy and Execution

- Monitor TikTok livestreams to ensure seamless execution.

- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for upcoming launches.

- Track KOL and TSP performance and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

- Generate regular performance reports, including reach, engagement, conversions, and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

- Analyze data trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, and optimization opportunities.

- Present insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.

- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of leads/sales generated from campaigns.

Sales and Account Growth

- Monitor customer retention and satisfaction, implementing strategies to reduce churn.

- Analyze sales funnel metrics to optimize conversion rates at each stage.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with marketing or communication subjects or related field

  2. 2-5 years Tiktok experience on home, display or PC products, preferably in

multinational companies

  1. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  2. Strong command of English, preferably with proficient in English and Chinese (advantage)

  3. Cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment.
