Job Overview

The Risk Management and Sustainability Support Supervisor / Associate Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Risk and Sustainability function. The role is responsible for providing high-level administrative coordination, managing legal documentation and billing processes, monitoring compliance and sustainability performance, and maintaining accurate dashboards and reporting tools. The position will also support project coordination and serve as a liaison with external partners, including government agencies, law firms, and other regulatory or sustainability-related institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Risk Management and Sustainability Head and team members.
  • Manage legal-related documents, billing schedules, filing systems, and correspondence.
  • Handle, organize, and safeguard confidential and sensitive materials in accordance with company policies and data privacy standards.

Compliance and Sustainability Monitoring

  • Track risk, compliance, and sustainability obligations, deadlines, and deliverables across the organization.
  • Assist in preparing compliance status updates, sustainability metrics, performance reports, and summaries for management review.
  • Support implementation of compliance procedures, sustainability initiatives, and risk mitigation plans.

Documentation, Reporting, and Data Management

  • Maintain databases, records, dashboards, and trackers relevant to legal, compliance, risk, and sustainability activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings as required.
  • Assist in document reviews, legal billing validation, and coordination with external legal partners.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications between internal business units and external partners such as law firms, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Assist in project follow-ups, gathering requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, support, or coordination capacity, preferably in legal, risk, or sustainability functions.
  • Familiarity with legal processes, billing procedures, compliance frameworks, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced in dashboard or reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Sheets-based dashboards, or similar platforms).
