The Business Development Representative plays a key role in expanding the company's client base and market presence. This position focuses on identifying new business prospects, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth through effective lead generation and client engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Set appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement lead generation and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Track and report lead generation performance and other key sales metrics.
  • Keep updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willing to travel or work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
