Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and top-notch presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock your station with ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service.
  • Prepare and cook menu items (main dishes, appetizers, desserts) with accuracy and consistency.
  • Plate dishes according to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to execute orders on time, including special requests or dietary needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and equipment throughout your shift.
  • Follow food safety and handling standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation and plating.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Food safety certification is a plus.
