ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Accounting and Admin Assistant will provide support and assistance to Admin and Finance/Accounting. The position will have access to confidential information requiring discretion at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:

· Perform general office duties

· Evaluate and recommend updates and/or changes to policies and procedures to constantly improve company performance

· Ensure maintenance of the office cleanliness and order

· Assist in hiring process of new employees & facilitate employees & facilitate employee evaluation and performance assessment.

· Prepare letters, memos and other routine correspondence

· Monitor Attendance Report for payroll purposes.

· Preparation monthly SSS/Pagibig/Philhealth remittances

· Audit of Cash Advance liquidations, Reimbursements and Replenishments

· Audit Accuracy of all Payment Request to Suppliers and ensure compliance of company SOPs and all documentary requirements

· Payment Request preparation for monthly utilities

· Manage Office Equipment and supplies/consumables inventory and sourcing for suppliers

· Prepare daily itinerary of office messenger and monitor task completion

· Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Required skill and Abilities/Competencies:

· Excellent organization, coordination and planning skills

· Strong communication and people skills

· Ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff.

· Possess excellent follow up and time management skills

· Efficient and accurate in computing, costing and auditing of figures

· With strong Attention to details, analytical and has sense of urgency

· Able to work with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or related field

· Preferably 1-4 years experienced Employees specializing in Accounting/Operations/HR/Administrative or Equivalent

· Required Language (s): English, Filipino

· Applicant must be willing to work in Escolta, Manila
