The Delivery Officer is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all client projects internally. This role focuses on coordinating with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and functional team leads to gather accurate project status, resource updates, and risk assessments. The Delivery Officer consolidates this information and communicates it to the Business Analyst (acting as Product Owner), who is client-facing. The Delivery Officer ensures delivery governance, adherence to timelines, and process improvement without direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and functional leads to gather project updates.

  2. Consolidate project status, risks, and resource utilization reports for internal stakeholders.

  3. Communicate critical delivery information to the Business Analyst (Product Owner) for client updates.

  4. Monitor adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.

  5. Identify and escalate risks proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns.

  6. Ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements.

  7. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in delivery management or project coordination within a technological environment.

  2. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  3. Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

  4. Knowledge of technology solutions and ability to understand technical requirements.

  5. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
