About the role

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain/ISO/Regulatory to join our team at Megachem Phils, Inc. in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in managing our supply chain operations, ISO accreditation and compliance. Ensuring efficient customer service and shipping processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
  • ISO Accreditation & compliance
  • Handling customer service inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
  • Coordinating with the shipping and logistics team to optimise delivery processes
  • Analysing data and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any supply chain challenges
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supply chain, ISO accreditation and compliance. Customer service or shipping role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Proficient in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Knowledgeable in ISO
