Scope of Work

  • Lead and supervise the supply chain team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics activities
  • Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials in line with operational requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve supply issues
  • Review and improve supply chain processes for cost efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, purchasing, and logistics performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
  • Provide coaching, performance monitoring, and support to team members
  • Assist management in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic supply planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related course
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management
  • With proven experience in leading or supervising a team
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems is a must
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and process improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100.00 per month
