Financial Controller (Remote)

What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate financial projections, forecasts, and budgets.Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business strategies.Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations.Build visually compelling dashboards, graphs, and reports.Create polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.Experience creating dashboards and visual presentations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex numbers into clear insights.
