I. General Summary
The Compliance Auditor – Continuing Education Credits (CEC) supports Compliance and L&D teams in tracking, validating, and reporting CEC submissions for franchisees and staff. The role ensures training compliance and maintains accurate education records. It suits detail-oriented and organized individuals eager to build experience in compliance auditing.

II. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Compliance Tracking
  • Maintain and update CEC databases.
  • Validate training records and certificates.
  • Support audit cycles through data checks and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with L&D teams and training partners for documentation accuracy.
  • Administrative Support
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards.
  • Assist in scheduling audits and maintaining digital records.
  • Handle CEC-related inquiries from franchisees and staff.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work with Compliance, Operations, and HR teams to align reporting standards.
  • Support compliance reviews, workshops, and conferences.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, compliance, or data management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education auditing or compliance administration.
  • Familiarity with learning management or certification systems.
  • Able to work independently in virtual or hybrid settings.
