About the role

Equicom Solutions Inc' is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Manager to join our Projects and Strategies team. As a key strategic partner, you will lead the successful delivery of critical projects that underpin our business objectives. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high-profile projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource schedules to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track
  • Provide regular progress updates and proactively communicate with stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators
  • Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and drive innovation

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in project management within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
