Business Analyst

We're hiring a Business Analyst to support the delivery of data-driven solutions across trade, order, and regulatory systems. This role will partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to gather requirements, analyse data flows, and ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into user stories and functional specs
  • Analyze trade and order data flows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Create clear process and data flow diagrams to support solution design
  • Work with technology and data teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Support testing, traceability, and regulatory data lineage documentation

What we're looking for:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong OTC market data and regulatory experience (MiFID, MAR, FRTB)
  • Solid knowledge of trade, order, and execution lifecycles
  • Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset
