Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Live Session Executive to plan, execute, and optimize live sessions that engage audiences and drive brand awareness, sales, or user engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital platforms, livestream content strategy, and real-time audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate live sessions across platforms such as Instagram Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, Zoom, or proprietary platforms
  • Collaborate with content creators, influencers, product teams, and marketing to create engaging session agendas
  • Ensure technical setup and smooth execution of live sessions, including audio/visual equipment, internet, and platform readiness
  • Monitor live session performance in real-time (viewership, comments, likes, shares, conversions, etc.)
  • Engage with live audiences, moderate comments, and ensure brand guidelines are followed during sessions
  • Analyze session performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations
  • Assist in scheduling, rehearsals, and dry runs prior to live sessions
  • Stay updated on live streaming trends, tools, and platform changes to enhance future sessions
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate post-session follow-ups such as video uploads, highlights, and feedback collection
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align live sessions with broader campaign goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in live streaming, digital content creation, or event coordination
  • Strong technical understanding of live streaming platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage live audience interactions professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure live session KPIs (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or digital media
  • Knowledge of video editing software and graphic design tools
