The ASSISTANT AUDIT MANAGER is responsible for:

  • Conduct Property Audit and Financial Review
  • Planning of Audit Engagements
  • Audit Fieldwork
  • Pre-discussion of Audit Findings
  • Presentation of Audit Findings to Management

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of audit experience, minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Preferably CPA, CIA, or with equivalent certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax regulations, accounting, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in auditing property management operations is highly desirable.
  • Willing to be assigned in Uptown, Taguig City.
  • Willing to report fully on-site work.
