We're looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the recruitment process from start to finish, focusing on hiring talent across various departments such as IT, Customer Solutions, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Product, Sales, Engineering, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for qualified candidates using job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Review resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Shortlist candidates for hiring manager review.
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily.
  • Handle administrative tasks like scheduling interviews and managing databases.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • at least 6months of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with different teams and levels of the organization.
