Collection Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handles and monitors in-house collection follow-up and computes payment dues and pre-termination amount.
- Reconciles, analyzes history payments through Collection System and other related inquiries of assigned accounts.
- Validates information obtained vs credit files; applies collection strategy through telephone inquiry and investigation.
- Analyzes client profile, history of accounts, computes payment dues and discuss comprehensively to clients all necessary information.
- Prepare the necessary daily and monthly reports under Collection Departent
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Excel Formula (Pivot/Vlook-up)
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
