Job Brief:We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Fan Experience Concierge Coordinator to join our Fan Experience Team on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will handle guest inquiries both in person and through multiple communication channels—including phone calls, emails, voicemails, and chats—from customers around the world. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to achieve one-contact resolutions while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests with professionalism.
  • Handle inbound phone calls, voicemails, emails, and chat messages from customers globally.
  • Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Communicate effectively using various methods, including verbal, electronic, and written correspondence.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when assisting guests with concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide accurate event and venue information.
  • Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Contribute suggestions for improving communication systems and service efficiency.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned, based on availability and department needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, live events, ticketing, or a related customer service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a calm and professional approach under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Proven record of performing well in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
