Position: Loan Administrative Officer

Functional Overview:

Support Loan Studio brokers and clients in efficiently progressing home loan applications with various lenders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and address lender conditions required for loan approval and settlement.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and third-party partners regarding the status of their home loan applications.
  • Offer process feedback to brokers aimed at enhancing the home loan application workflow.
  • Proactively drive early loan settlements to maximize client revenue.

Minimum Competencies:

  • High accuracy in data entry and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe software.
  • College graduate.
  • Experience handling financial campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Australian brokerage-related campaigns.

  • Exposure to Broker Engine Dashboard and Apply Online platforms.

  • Exceptional file management skills.

  • Strong business correspondence abilities, particularly via email.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable with consistent attendance.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative team player.

Work Location: Metro Manila

Arrangement: Hybrid, once a month on-site

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
