Role Description

We are seeking a talented and articulate TikTok Shop
Livestreamer
to drive our TikTok Shop revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-converting livestreams and producing engaging video content to support our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Livestream Hosting (Primary):
    Conduct
    3 hours of daily liveselling
    on TikTok Shop. You will demonstrate products, answer real-time questions, and utilize sales tactics to maximize
    Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
    .
  • Content Production (Secondary):
    spend the remainder of the day supporting the creative team by appearing in, filming, and conceptualizing short-form video and static content to drive traffic to the shop.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Continuously improve hosting skills based on viewer retention and conversion analytics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication:
    Must be
    fluent in English
    with impeccable pronunciation and a conversational tone.
  • On-Camera Presence:
    Must possess a charismatic, approachable, and high-energy personality suitable for brand representation.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Ability to persuade, handle objections, and close sales live on air.
  • Availability:
    Must be willing to work fully onsite in
    BGC, Taguig
    .

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hosting, public speaking, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends and the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

The compensation for this role is pegged at our specialist level at 40-60k/month + allowances + benefits
