  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing TikTok live hosts on presentation skills, audience engagement, and product showcasing.
  • Monitor live performances and provide feedback and coaching to enhance host performance.
  • Develop training materials, scripts, and guidelines to improve live content quality.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices for live streaming.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to identify training needs.
  • Evaluate host progress and recommend hosts for promotion or retraining.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience as a TikTok Live Host, Trainer, or in livestream e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Live features, trends, and community guidelines.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor hosts with different experience levels.
  • Creative, patient, and goal-oriented personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
