  • Run the show on a flagship ≈ A$10 million project—on time, on budget, on quality, benefits realised.
  • Unite stakeholders around a transparent roadmap and measurable KPIs.
  • Keep status crystal-clear with rigorous controls, live dashboards and no-surprise comms.
  • Coach & uplift junior PMs, share playbook tweaks, champion continuous improvement.
  • Blend & bend — choose waterfall, agile or hybrid because dogma never delivered a milestone.
