We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing resources, risks, and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using structured control processes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Provide regular progress updates, reports, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and track project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision
  • Proven track record managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects
  • Hands-on experience with construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance
  • Experience with subcontractor coordination, permitting, inspections, and safety management
