About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of high-quality cocktails, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to established recipes and standards
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Monitor and maintain bar supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with bar setup and cleanup as required
  • Contribute to the development of new drink menus and promotions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, including drink recipes, garnishes, and presentation
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
