JOB SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering, computer literate and with keen analytical ability

EXPERIENCE: Must have at least six (6) months work experience as Industrial Engineer, with background in conducting time & motion study, work simplification and/or systems and procedures analysis. The candidate must have strong commitment to the job and to the organization. Preferably with work experience in purchasing with at least one (1) year.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

  1. Determines materials estimates thru coordination to technical Divisions.

  2. Prepares Materials Planning for each projects and inform each departments (production & warehouse), thru approval of the Materials Planning sheet.

  3. Prepares work order records of released dates for each projects and files with their corresponding project folders.

  4. Determines machine log through preparation/monitoring of Machine Log monitoring Sheet.

  5. Ensures consistent adherence to the PPC Operating procedures and other IMS procedures, policies guidelines.

  6. Observes/Follows personnel Policies, Company Code on Employee Discipline, Health & Safety and environmental policies and controls.

  7. Participates actively in all training or seminars where attendance is necessary, work Improvement program, productivity and quality programs, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all other activities to be initiated by the Company.

  8. Performs other related duties as maybe required by superior from time to time.
