Job Summary:

The Merchandising Officer supports the Operations and Marketing team with administrative, and analytical tasks to ensure product assortments, pricing, and promotions are executed efficiently. This role assists in managing product data, analyzing sales performance, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely product availability both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, setup, and maintenance of product information in internal systems (WMS).
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Team in analyzing sales, SKU inventory levels, and market trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and product samples.
  • Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams on product launches and displays.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely product delivery to warehouse, showrooms or distribution centers.
  • Assist in managing promotions, pricing updates, and markdowns.
  • Maintain organized files and records of purchase orders, invoices, and product images.
  • Support in planning seasonal assortments and replenishment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Interest in retail trends and consumer behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
