About the role

Greenwoods Pet Hospital in Cainta Rizal is seeking a full-time Cashier to join our growing team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate cash management, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an essential role that contributes to the smooth operations and success of our veterinary clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation and reporting
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure a clean and organised work environment
  • Collaborate with the veterinary and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the pet industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the care of pets
