Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting store performance by achieving sales targets for assigned products or categories. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service through product expertise and engagement, maintaining appealing merchandise displays in line with visual standards, and overseeing inventory levels to ensure product availability at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales goals for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by leveraging product knowledge and addressing customer needs.
  • Keep store displays organized, attractive, and compliant with merchandising guidelines.
  • Track inventory, manage SKUs, and prepare purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
