Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front of The House and Helping Head chef, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves supervising staff, managing resources, implementing company policies, and providing excellent service to clients/customers while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and revenue goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer concerns or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance to higher management.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and resources effectively to reduce costs and wastage.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in [MS Office / relevant software tools].
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
