Role Overview

You'll be the creative in the edit suite, shaping raw interviews and podcast-style footage into captivating visual stories. From long-form episodes to social-ready

highlights, you'll bring structure, emotion and rhythm to our video content while maintaining brand consistency and polish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce long-form video such as podcast-style discussions, interviews and

    storytelling content.
  • Shape narratives by identifying the hook, flow and payoff that turn conversations into

    stories.
  • Create shorter highlight cuts and social clips optimised for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds and branded intros or outros.
  • Balance visual storytelling with strong sound design by cleaning audio, mixing levels and syncing perfectly.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan, storyboard and review each

    piece.
  • Manage footage organisation, file versions and delivery formats.
  • Maintain consistency with brand tone, pacing, colour and messaging.
  • Stay across new storytelling and video trends, especially in podcast-style and social video formats.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience creating and editing video content, ideally podcast, interview or storytelling formats.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience turning long-form conversations into tight, compelling stories.
  • Skilled in audio clean-up and mixing for voice-based content.
  • Understanding of social video optimisation and platform nuances such as YouTube,

    LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Basic motion graphics or After Effects knowledge for light branding and text animation.
  • Great visual sense including pacing, framing, transitions and storytelling flow.
  • Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple edits and deadlines remotely.
  • Collaborative and responsive to feedback, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working across distributed or remote teams.
  • Knowledge of colour grading and LUTs.
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools and analytics for performance insights.
  • A genuine interest in storytelling, human connection and creating content with purpose.
