About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to support a major digital transformation initiative. The role focuses on creating engaging content, driving communications, supporting change management, and enabling staff through effective training and knowledge materials.

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Develop written, visual, and multimedia content (newsletters, guides, infographics, videos).
  • Create success stories and case studies highlighting program achievements.
  • Maintain and update knowledge materials and content repositories (SharePoint, internal hubs).
  • Support communication campaigns, training sessions, webinars, and engagement activities.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and monitor content performance to improve strategy.
  • Assist in preparing content engagement and impact reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, communications, or knowledge management.
  • Experience with digital transformation or change management is an advantage.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and multimedia content development skills.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Teams, SharePoint, and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid (onsite 3x a week)
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time
