Position Title: Computer Operator

Job Summary:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoots of batch processing errors
  • Schedules of data center batch jobs in case of reruns
  • Investigates of exceptional batch processing behavior
  • Coordinates of ad hoc batch processing requests from applications managers, customer service, etc.
  • Assists in training new computer operators

Role Exposure:

  • Be trained to doing data operations
  • Enhance your skills in the information technology field
  • Improve your technical skills

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other related courses
  • Experience in batch center operations is an advantage
  • Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates
