Automation Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and implementing automation systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and opportunities.
  • Developing and testing software for automation systems.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting problems in automated systems.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of automation equipment.
  • Providing training and support for operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Managing and documenting all automation-related activities and projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through automation.
  • Staying up to date with the latest automation technologies and trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technology Courses or College Graduate
  • Certificates from PLC Seminars and Trainings
  • Preferably at least five (5) years' experience in Manufacturing with direct involvement on Repairs and Maintenance and Machine Improvement
  • PLC and HMI programming
  • Industrial Electrician Training or equivalent
  • Know-how on Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting
  • Can use/utilize diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge on VFD's, Servo and Electric Actuators
  • Basic knowledge of Electro-pneumatics
  • Can Read and create ladder diagrams and wiring diagrams

Work Schedule/Set-up:

  • Onsite/plant based: Monday-Friday

Work location: San Jose del Monte Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
