Your Role
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) profiles
• Create and publish Google Posts and blog articles
• Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy
• Maintain and update listings on 50+ sites (e.g., Psychology Today, Healthgrades, Yelp)
• Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation
• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google

Search Console

• Support backlinking efforts to improve domain authority

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Manage and optimize Google My Business and other online business profiles.
• Create and publish blogs and Google Posts, not solely for content but optimized for visibility

and engagement.

• Conduct keyword research to inform blog and web content strategy.
• Maintain and update listings across multiple directories (e.g., Psychology Today,

).

• Monitor and enhance online reputation, including managing reviews and ensuring

consistent branding across platforms.

• Support backlink-building initiatives from credible and relevant sources.
• Oversee or collaborate on Google Ads campaigns as needed.
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive overall SEO and content strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Google platforms
• Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO optimization techniques.
• Experience with online reputation management.
• Background in content optimization and blog strategy.
• Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and SEO performance tracking.
• Ability to identify credible backlink opportunities and manage outreach if needed.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Ability to create content for blogs and Google Posts.
• Experience managing listings on Psychology Today, , and similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, with exposure to Webflow migration.
• Hands-on experience in Google Analytics reporting and insights generation.

Tools & Platforms

• Google Suite (GMB, Ads, Analytics, Search Console)
• Podium – for online reputation and review management
• Keyword Research Tools – particularly SEMrush (preferred)
