Job description:

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok).
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and improve conversion rates.

Content & Social Media

  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging content.
  • Manage and schedule posts across major social platforms.

Video Production & Editing

  • Create concepts, storyboards, and production plans for marketing videos.
  • Handle shoots, editing, talent coordination, and post-production.
  • Produce platform-optimized video content and maintain video asset libraries.

Website & SEO

  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing website content, landing pages, and SEO.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Create and deploy email campaigns and segment customer data to improve results.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare performance reports and use insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand, sales, and e-commerce teams on aligned marketing strategies.

Livestreaming & Events

  • Set up and manage livestreams for product launches and events.
  • Ensure stable output and coordinate live engagement efforts.

Job Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields
  • Experience running digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Skilled in social media management and content planning
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe)
  • Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiar with email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo)
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
  • Experience with influencers or affiliate programs is a plus
  • Updated on social media and digital trends
