Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Associate to manage our online presence and promote our educational programs. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, marketing, and education, with the ability to create engaging and child-friendly content that reflects the heart of Teacher A's House of Learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, stories, and videos) for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the HR, Marketing, and Admin teams for content ideas, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, values, and visual identity.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and event-related posts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Education, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital content creation (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge in using Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling, and analytics.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate about education and child-friendly media content.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • On-site work at Teacher A's House of Learning – Santa Rosa, Laguna
  • Monday to Saturday schedule
