  • Ensures that all facilities and equipment are safe, compliant, and functioning efficiently
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for fuel dispensers, underground storage tanks (USTs), electrical panels, canopies, piping systems, etc.
  • Oversee and respond to equipment breakdowns or emergency repairs in a timely manner.
  • Manage infrastructure projects such as tank replacements, piping repairs, dispenser installations
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party inspectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (PRC License required).
  • Minimum 5 years in engineering or facilities maintenance, ideally within fuel retail, logistics, or industrial operations.
