Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Parts Pricing Analyst to join our Parts Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in numbers and problem solving.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Parts and Accessories Part Number and Price Registration - ensure accurate and timely registration of part numbers and pricing for all service parts and accessories.

  • Service Parts Pricing Market Survey - conduct thorough market research to analyze competitor pricing and trends to ensure our prices are competitive.

  • Profit Management - manage pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction.

  • KPI and CMI Report Management and Analysis - track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Customer Market Insights (CMI) to inform decision-making and strategies.

  • Service Parts Royalty Administration - oversee royalty management for service parts, ensuring proper tracking and payment compliance.

  • RPA Claims Manage and process RPA (Retailer Parts Allowance) claims accurately and efficiently.

  • Parts Budget PIC - act as the primary contact for parts budget management, ensuring budgets align with business goals.

  • Parts Administration - provide administrative support for parts operations, including inventory management and reporting.

  • Price Setting Alignment - align pricing strategies with overall business goals and ensure consistency across all service parts.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Marketing Management, and Economics.

Skills required:

  • Good mathematical and problem identification & solving skills

  • Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written

  • Preferably with background in parts operations, or finance.

  • MS Office and M365 proficient
