We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to support our marketing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys office work, can multitask effectively, and values accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, file, and organize marketing documents and materials
  • Keep marketing records, databases, and files up to date
  • Assist in basic social media monitoring or posting
  • Contact and coordinate with content creators for marketing projects
  • Provide support in organizing and assisting during company events
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Marketing Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent, proactive, and eager to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
