  • Conduct on site investigation and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)
  • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
  • Responsible for project running cost monitoring and can do estimate costing.
  • Responsible for interpreting construction plans and understanding the detailed lay out of the site.
  • In-charge of site supervision and quality control.
  • Implementation of Site Construction Safety and Health.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and manpower requirements.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Willing to be assigned in project sites within and outside Cebu.
