Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial analysis and forecasting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial operations, which includes overseeing accounting processes, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Responsible for creating and managing the organization's budget, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
  • Financial analysis and preparing reports to help management make informed decisions about the organization's financial status.
  • The finance manager is responsible for managing the organization's cash flow, ensuring that there is sufficient cash on hand to meet financial obligations and opportunities.
  • The CPA must identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization, such as credit risks, market risks, and operational risks.
  • The CPA must ensure that the organization complies with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns.
  • Responsible for preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee a finance team, including accountants and financial analysts, and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
