JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide regular reports on findings.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.
  • Acquire and maintain data from both primary and secondary sources, ensuring database integrity.
  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Clean and filter data, reviewing reports and performance indicators to resolve issues and correct errors.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and data needs.
  • Identify and define new opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports based on SNOW ticketing.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to update management on progress and performance.
  • Assist in IT asset monitoring and financial tracking.

QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a Business related course.
  • Must have at least minimum of 6 months of experience as IT Asset.
  • Knowledgeable in handling Service Now as a ticketing tool is a plus.
  • Must be knowledgeable to MS Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table).
  • Can present to the head management.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
  • Must have Valid ID (UMID, Passport, Postal ID, National ID (Physical Card)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
