They are currently seeking a highly skilled SharePoint / Power Platform Developer with the drive and determination to help us support our continually growing client base.

They are looking for an individual that will play a central role in the solution lifecycle, including responding to feature and configuration requests, designing solutions, and envisioning follow up work. This developer role will include software design, development, customization, and integration. This person will understand our company and clients' requirements to design and develop solutions primarily within the project management toolset of Microsoft 365 (M365) applications.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to handle multiple tasks across various clients and meet deadlines

Create and execute a proof-of-concept, to ensure quality and adherence to standards

Develop, execute, and document procedures and corporate best practices

Exhibit an understanding of SharePoint architecture with the ability to design, deploy, and support solutions in a shared-services architecture

Migrations of data from on-prem file servers and third-party tools to SharePoint Online as well as migrations from classic to modern SharePoint online site architecture

Proactively conceptualize, customize, and implement M365 based solutions across the project-management suite of tools including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Tasks by Planner & To Do, MS Lists, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)Provide thought leadership on best practices for solution design, with a thorough understanding of enterprise application integration including the use of business processes, forms, search, lists, tasks, business intelligence, collaborative document management, and portal integration on mobile platforms

Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and take appropriate action to remediate issuesJOB REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work together as a team, as well as independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve project milestones and deadlines

At least 3 years of hands-on SharePoint Development experience creating M365 solutions utilizing Team/Communication/HUB sites, all the various web parts, custom page layouts, workflows, forms, and site templates

Experience with design, development and deployment of enterprise level portals and collaboration solutions on M365 platforms using PowerShell, DAX, JSON and HTMLFamiliarity with OneDrive Sync, App Registration, and building connectors with third-party services

Proficiency in M365 Administration (experience with navigating the M365 admin center side of Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, Exchange, Purview, SharePoint, and other M365 components)Strong communication, effective consulting, time management, and analytical skills

Working knowledge of related technologies such as: SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)Seniority level
