Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares shipping documents like invoice and packing list appropriate PEZA documents, Delivery Receipts and FOPH gate pass.
  • Responsible in the preparation / processing of import and export documents at PEZA / BOC office.
  • Responsible in sending the shipping documents to concerned broker, forwarder and customer.
  • Monitors Import and Export shipments.
  • Assist during loading / unloading of import and export shipments.
  • Monitors other PEZA required reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, Orderliness and good housekeeping within the section.
  • Ensures compliance to all set standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Reports to immediate superior any abnormal findings at procurement.
