Client Profile: A Japanese manufacturing company that established their Philippine Branch since 2015. They manufacture part and home appliances that are made with high quality metals and electronics. Job Responsibilities: ✨ Support in company for planning and managing procurement strategies. ✨ Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and efficiently. ✨ Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships. ✨ Monthly Inventory ✨ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to avoid shortages or overstock. ✨ Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure timely updates in procurement systems. ✨ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
