Boon Pharma Corp. is expanding and seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representatives for our Cebu Branch If you have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets, you could be the perfect fit for our team. Join us in delivering quality pharmaceutical products and exceptional service

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively look for new customers (drugstores, hospitals, doctors, LGUs, and clinics).
  • Explain product benefits, pricing, and promos clearly and professionally.
  • Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on customer needs.
  • Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to area growth.
  • Submit daily reports, feedback, and market observations.
  • Attend company trainings, meetings, and events when needed.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical product catalogue, including bulk packaging and pricing structures relevant to wholesale buyers

Qualifications

  • At least college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a significant advantage.
  • Experience dealing with drugstores or LGUs is a definite plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong customer orientation with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
  • Results-driven with a clear ability to achieve wholesale volume targets.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and adept at using Microsoft Excel for tracking sales.
  • Must be a resident of Cebu
