What You'll Do:


· Lead & mentor global partner management team
· Manage key partner relationships & escalations
· Drive commercial negotiations & rate card management
· Ensure compliance & risk mitigation
· Analyze performance data & report to leadership
· Optimize processes & documentation

Requirements

What You Need:

· ​5 years partner management experience (2 years leadership)
· Strong Excel skills & commercial acumen
· Global multi-partner environment experience
· Excellent communication & relationship management
