Sapient is growing, and YOU could be the newest addition to our Customer Service Representative / Finance Account Representative team in Metro Manila With a 1-day hiring process and a salary of up to ₱25,000 plus monthly commissions. What's stopping you?

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Handle customer concerns through voice and/or non-voice channels.
  • Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy.
  • Work with a supportive team that wants you to succeed
  • Hit key performance targets in customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school graduates (old curriculum), ALS passers, fresh grads welcome
  • 1 Year of BPO experience required
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Career shifters and experienced CSR agents are welcome.
