Job Description:

  • We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee and optimize our business operations across multiple channels. The role includes:
  • Leading and managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Overseeing retail operations to ensure seamless in-store execution and alignment with brand standards
  • Directing customer service operations, driving excellence in customer experience and issue resolution
  • Continuously improving operational efficiency through process enhancements and performance monitoring
  • Ensuring robust warehouse and inventory controls for accurate stock management and smooth logistics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or a similar operational leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, order management, and warehouse management software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, including supervising teams, coaching staff, and driving performance improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
